The sun shone down on Ashtead Village Day 2011 where CCLL Mid-Surrey Link had a stand. People came along to try their luck on the Bottle Tombola whilst the Beat the Goalie game had queues reaching well back. Read more to find out who the winners were!
There was a long line of people, both young and not so young, willing to try out their sharp-shooting skills against Alex, our sterling goalkeeper. With Eddie acting as ref to ensure fair play, Alex faced a grand total of 756 shots throughout the afternoon, with only one football being lost over the hedge! At the end of the day the lucky top prize winners were:
